Hi Finola – Im afraid that’s not possible – if you like you could do a mixture of day and evening classes to suit your timetable? Otherwise, there is always the book which is full of recipes or the online courses. The Stop Sweet Cravings 6 week supported programme will begin on October 30th. The flexibility with online may suit you better and with that, you get 1-1 support 🙂 visit
