This retreat is a time to rest and restore in wonderful surroundings of Brittas Bay. It’s an all women retreat, creating a safe space for sharing and healing. The Cooking Classes and Gentle Yoga sessions will effortlessly improve all areas of your health, specifically for homones, anti-aging, cellular repair. You can address symptoms of perimenopause and menopause without medication, just using the food you eat, gentle exercise and potent acupressure points.
Some of the areas to be covered are insomnia, dizziness, palpitations, loss of libido, painful heavy breasts and periods, weight gain around the middle, hot flushes, night sweats and mood swings.

These retreats are always fully booked. I love to work with small intimate, closed groups so there is only a maximum of 15 participants and the single rooms are offered on a first come, first served basis. Cost €345, includes all meals, cooking classes, tuition and accommodation (€50 discount per person if you come with a friend, mother, daughter or another family member – or if you have attended the wise women/well women retreat before)

All the Online courses can be completed in the comfort of your own home. The lessons are all on video so it’s as easy as watching the TV or listening to the radio. Together with the direct 1-1 support from me, they are designed so that you can make changes in ways that suits you.
