Using the ancient system of Chinese medicine and Conscious Cooking is great to connect with the body need for sweet and comforting food without submitting to cravings.

The easy to cook, simple, nutritious and delicious recipes use eastern knowledge to suit our western lifestyle.  Most ingredients are available from the local supermarket showing that simple wholesome food can be nourishing and effortless.
