Ancient Wisdom – Modern Kitchen

yin yang fishThe Whitefriar Community Centre, an inner city Dublin based community group, is funding a series of my cooking classes. The classes are open to all who wish to drop in – its a bargain at €4 per class. Don’t worry about booking – if you are about 10.30-12.30 just pop in, learn a few new dishes, see where they fit into the Chinese medicine yin/yang circle and have a tasty snack/lunch at the end of it all. Feel free to pass this on to anyone you know is in the Dublin City Centre area and would be interested.
